Vinyl Walkin' (Concord Records)

Released in 1957 on Prestige Records, the album "Walkin'" presents a collection of tracks recorded in 1954. With Miles Davis on trumpet and as bandleader, the recordings also include Horace Silver, Lucky Thompson, J.J. Johnson, Percy Heath, and Kenny Clarke. This new edition of the album is released as part of the Original Jazz Classics series on 180-gram vinyl, pressed at RTI with analog mastering from the original tapes at Cohearent Audio and a Stoughton Tip-On Jacket cover.
