Dominika Mirgová releases a new album, which she titled "This is me". It comes after two years. The fourth studio album features fourteen tracks. The singer recorded the album from October 2018 at the Overground studio, she collaborated with several producers from the Slovak music scene: Hoodini, Marek Šurin, Adiss and Grizzly. For the final concept of the album, Adiss oversaw as the executive producer, who also helped Dominika write lyrics for some tracks. "Currently I am experiencing the most beautiful musical period of my entire career," the singer says. "Finally I am making the music I have always wanted. In every song there is a piece of me. On this album we worked very hard. I can listen to every single thing over and over and it won't bore me." According to Dominika's words, only on this album, without any restrictions, did her true artistic personality come through, and this ultimately influenced her when choosing the title "This is me". At the same time she emphasizes that as an artist she is grateful also for all her previous albums, since those brought her step by step to where she is today.
