CD Tragare

DRUŽINA - the most acclaimed and internationally recognized Slovak World Music group formed in 2000. Earlier under the name Jej družina, the band played a large number of concerts and released the CD Jej družina. The CD titled TRAGARE was ranked 12th in the prestigious worldwide ranking World Music Charts Europe (www.wmce.de) among the CDs nominated from around the world. The CD TRAGARE was produced and the percussion was recorded by VINX, an artist who has recorded and collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Sting, Herbie Hancock, Sheryl Crow. The CD Tragare was awarded the Slovak Grammy - - AUREL 2006 - for the best album in the Folk/Ethno/World music category in the academic year 2006 in Slovakia.
