CD DREAMACHINE

Habibi, a Brooklyn band founded in 2011, presents their new album "Dreamachine" on CD, released on May 31, 2024. This album marks a significant shift from their original garage rock to a unique blend of post-punk, experimental pop, and vintage disco, drawing inspiration from Middle Eastern psychedelic music. Production was handled by Tyler Love and Jay Heiselmann, with multi-instrumentalist James Richardson of MGMT guesting on the album. "Dreamachine" offers hypnotic tracks with rich synthesizers, prominent guitars, and strong rhythms that explore themes of longing, escape, and rebellion.
