Jan Lisiecki – PRELUDES (CD)

Canadian piano virtuoso Jan Lisiecki presents the album "Preludes", which explores the diverse forms of the prelude across centuries. At the center of the recording are Chopin's "24 Preludes, Op. 28", which Lisiecki complements with works by Bach, Messiaen, Rachmaninoff, and Górecki. This selection reveals the development and expressive range of the prelude as a musical form. The album was released on March 14, 2025.
