K.Flay – MONO (CD)

"MONO" is the fifth studio album by American artist K.Flay, released on September 15, 2023. This album marks a departure from her previous hip-hop sound toward indie rock, pop punk, and alternative rock. Inspired by her personal experience of hearing loss in her right ear, "MONO" offers a deep look into her psyche, exploring themes of loss and transformation. The album includes collaborations with artists such as Vic Fuentes of Pierce The Veil on the track "Irish Goodbye" and Kid Sistr on "Spaghetti". With production led by Paul Meany and K.Flay herself, "MONO" is a testament to her ongoing artistic evolution and ability to transcend genre boundaries.
