Škola písničkou s Žáčkem is an album full of cheerful, playful, and melodic songs and rhymes for preschool and early school-age children. The music was composed by Karel Mařík, with lyrics by poet and educator Josef Peterka and renowned children's author Jiří Žáček, who contributed six set-to-music poems. Another lyricist is experienced preschool teacher Blanka Zelenková. The songs are performed by Kristýna Peterková and Karel Mařík, some accompanied by children. The project's goal is to motivate children and parents towards music and singing, awakening children's musical talent and interest in creating.
