CD Load (Remastered Edition)

Metallica continues reissuing its catalog and on June 13, 2025 releases a remastered version of its five-times platinum album Load. Produced by Bob Rock, the album features fan favorites such as "Until It Sleeps", "Hero of the Day", and "King Nothing". The remastered version also includes the original, previously shortened version of "The Outlaw Torn". Remastering was handled by Reuben Cohen at Lurssen Mastering under the supervision of Greg Fidelman. The 3CD Expanded Edition includes 41 tracks across three CDs, including the remastered album, previously unreleased demos, rough mixes, and live recordings from the worldwide tour. The CDs are packaged in a digipak with an embossed cover and a 36-page booklet.
