NIGHTPORTS WITH MATTHEW BOURNE (CD)

'NIGHTPORTS WITH MATTHEW BOURNE' is an innovative 2018 album that brings together the talented pianist Matthew Bourne with the British duo Nightports. This project follows a strict rule: to use only sounds created by Bourne, which are then transformed and reworked into unique compositions. The result is a fascinating blend of ambient and modern classical music, oscillating between delicate melodies and experimental soundscapes. The album was recorded on various pianos, from old, worn instruments to modern concert grands, contributing to its unique texture and atmosphere.
