Pokyman – Blessings (CD)

The debut album Bleesings by Pokyman, the frontman of Medial Banana, is a fresh continuation of his own sound and style, set by the Waa Gwaan EP together with producer Lukie FWD. The Blessing album contains a total of 11 tracks, one of which is a skit and one a bonus track. This time, Pokyman—just like with the bananas—didn’t avoid English either, and on the release you’ll find collaborations with Brother Culture, Ucee, Wakanda Wision and Ormay. Besides them, you can also expect a Slovak feat with Alan Murin on the dance afro-beat bomb Sóda, and collaborations with producers like Peter Pann, Hoodini, Sat1r and of course Lukie FWD, who, in addition to mix and master, also contributed to most of the productions. He thus ensured the otherworldly fresh sound of The Wellders studio, where the entire Blessings was recorded.
