Volbeat – GOD OF ANGELS TRUST (CD)

Volbeat, Danish rock giants, return with their ninth studio album "God Of Angels Trust", released on June 6, 2025. This album marks a bold step for the band, which became a trio after guitarist Rob Caggiano left in 2023. Frontman Michael Poulsen, after recovering from throat surgery, wrote and recorded the album over five weeks, resulting in a raw and revitalized sound. "God Of Angels Trust" blends groove metal, rockabilly, and thrash riffs, with tracks like "By a Monster's Hand" and "Time Will Heal" showcasing dark storytelling and melodic hooks that are signature Volbeat. The album is available in a standard edition in a jewel case package with a booklet.
