Smokie ist eine englische Rockband aus Bradford, Yorkshire, aktiv seit 1964. Die Originalbesetzung bestand aus Chris Norman (Gesang, Rhythmusgitarre), Alan Silson (Leadgitarre), Terry Uttley (Bassgitarre) und Ron Kelly (Schlagzeug). Zu ihren bekanntesten Songs gehören "Living Next Door to Alice", "If You Think You Know How to Love Me" und "Lay Back in the Arms of Someone".
