Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath is an English heavy metal band formed in Birmingham in 1968 by guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, drummer Bill Ward, and vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. Their debut album "Black Sabbath" and the follow-up "Paranoid" in 1970 are considered pivotal in the development of heavy metal. Notable songs include "Iron Man," "War Pigs," and "Paranoid." The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006 and has won two Grammy Awards for Best Metal Performance. Throughout their career, they have sold over 75 million albums worldwide.
