Cameron Graves is an American pianist, composer, and vocalist known for his innovative style that blends jazz, fusion, and metal. As a founding member of the West Coast Get Down collective, he has contributed to shaping the modern jazz sound. His 2017 debut album, "Planetary Prince," received acclaim for its energy and complexity. In 2021, he released "Seven," introducing his concept of "thrash-jazz," combining aggressive metal rhythms with jazz improvisation. This album features collaborations with saxophonist Kamasi Washington. Graves' music is characterized by technical proficiency and genre diversity.
