Candy Dulfer

Candy Dulfer is a Dutch jazz and pop saxophonist, daughter of jazz saxophonist Hans Dulfer. At fourteen, she founded her band Funky Stuff. Her 1990 debut album "Saxuality" received a Grammy nomination. In 1993, she released "Sax-a-Go-Go," which reached No. 5 on the Billboard Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart. Dulfer has collaborated with artists such as Prince, Dave Stewart, Van Morrison, and Maceo Parker. In 2007, she released "Candy Store," which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Top Contemporary Jazz chart. In 2022, she released the album "We Never Stop."
