Deep Purple

Deep Purple is a British rock band formed in 1968. Considered pioneers of hard rock and heavy metal, the band has sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Their most notable albums include "In Rock" (1970), "Machine Head" (1972), and "Made in Japan" (1972). In 2016, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The current lineup consists of Ian Gillan (vocals), Roger Glover (bass guitar), Ian Paice (drums), Don Airey (keyboards), and Simon McBride (guitar).
