Dr. Dre is an American rapper, producer, and entrepreneur who began his career in the 1980s as a member of N.W.A. In 1992, he released his debut solo album "The Chronic," which helped popularize the G-funk subgenre. He subsequently produced successful albums for artists like Snoop Dogg and Eminem. In 1996, he founded Aftermath Entertainment, and in 2008, he co-founded Beats Electronics. Throughout his career, he has won seven Grammy Awards and, in 2023, received the inaugural Dr. Dre Global Impact Award.
