Eddy Vanoosthuyse

Eddy Vanoosthuyse is a Belgian clarinetist who began his career as a soloist with the Flanders Opera orchestra. He later served for over 30 years as principal clarinetist with the Brussels Philharmonic. Vanoosthuyse has collaborated with conductors such as Georges Prêtre and Yannick Nézet-Séguin. He is renowned for his interpretation of Belgian and Flemish music and has worked with numerous contemporary composers.
