Elliott Sharp

Elliott Sharp is an American composer and multi-instrumentalist who has been a central figure in New York's avant-garde and experimental music scene since the late 1970s. He has released over 85 recordings spanning genres such as contemporary classical, jazz, free improvisation, and electronic music. Sharp is known for incorporating algorithms and Fibonacci numbers into his compositions and for pioneering the use of personal computers in live performances.
