Ensemble Diderot

Ensemble Diderot is a Paris-based group specializing in Baroque chamber music performed on period instruments. Founded in 2008 by violinist Johannes Pramsohler, the ensemble focuses on interpreting trio sonatas, quartets, and larger ensemble sonatas from the 17th and 18th centuries. Their recordings for Audax Records, often world premieres, have garnered international awards such as the Diapason d'Or and the Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik.
