Helio Matheus

Helio Matheus was a Brazilian singer and composer who began his music career performing in nightclubs in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. In 1968, he recorded his first single, and in 1975, he released his debut album "Matheus Segundo Matheus." This album featured tracks like "Mais Kriola" and "Comunicação" and included collaborations with musicians such as Oberdan Magalhães, Zé Rodrix, and the band Azymuth. Matheus's music blended elements of MPB, soul, and funk, contributing to the development of the Brazilian music scene.
