John Stewart

John Stewart was an American singer-songwriter known for his contributions to the 1960s American folk movement as a member of The Kingston Trio. After leaving the group in 1967, he embarked on a solo career, releasing nearly forty albums. Among his most notable works is the 1969 album "California Bloodlines." Stewart also wrote the hit "Daydream Believer," popularized by The Monkees. In 1979, he achieved success with the song "Gold" from the album "Bombs Away Dream Babies."
