Kendrick Lamar is an American rapper and producer from Compton, California. He began his career under the name K.Dot and later released his debut album "Section.80" in 2011. His notable albums include "good kid, m.A.A.d city" (2012), "To Pimp a Butterfly" (2015), and "DAMN." (2017), for which he received the Pulitzer Prize for Music. Lamar is known for collaborations with artists such as SZA and Future. Throughout his career, he has won 22 Grammy Awards. In 2025, he headlined the Super Bowl halftime show.
