Kenny Roby

Kenny Roby is an American singer-songwriter from Raleigh, North Carolina. He was a founding member of the band 6 String Drag, which was a significant part of the alt-country and Americana scene in the 1990s. After the band's breakup in 1998, Roby embarked on a solo career, releasing several albums including "Mercury's Blues" (1999), "Rather Not Know" (2002), and "Memories & Birds" (2013). His music blends elements of alternative country, folk, and rock. In 2020, he released "The Reservoir," which received critical acclaim for its personal and introspective lyrics.
