Moodymann

Moodymann, born Kenny Dixon Jr., is an American musician from Detroit, renowned for his contributions to the deep house and Detroit techno genres. In 1997, he released his debut album "Silentintroduction" on Planet E Communications. He is the founder of the labels Mahogani Music and KDJ Records and a member of the group 3 Chairs. Notable albums include "Mahogany Brown" (1998), "Forevernevermore" (2000), and "Black Mahogani" (2004). Moodymann is known for his unique style that blends house, soul, and jazz, and his contributions to electronic music are widely recognized.
