My Chemical Romance

My Chemical Romance is an American rock band formed in 2001 in New Jersey. The original lineup included Gerard Way (vocals), Mikey Way (bass guitar), Ray Toro (guitar), Frank Iero (guitar), and Matt Pelissier (drums). In 2004, Pelissier was replaced by Bob Bryar. The band is known for albums such as "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" (2004) and "The Black Parade" (2006). They disbanded in 2013 but announced a reunion in 2019. In 2025, they plan a 10-date North American tour performing "The Black Parade" in its entirety. In 2024, former drummer Bob Bryar passed away at the age of 44.
