N.W.A

N.W.A was an American hip-hop group formed in 1987 in Compton, California. The original lineup included Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and DJ Yella. The group is known for their contribution to the gangsta rap genre, with their 1989 debut album "Straight Outta Compton" considered one of the most influential in hip-hop history. Their subsequent 1991 album "Niggaz4Life" reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart. N.W.A was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
