Nneka Lucia Egbuna is a Nigerian-German singer, songwriter, and actress. Her music blends elements of afrobeat, reggae, soul, and hip-hop. She debuted with the album "Victim of Truth" in 2005, followed by "No Longer at Ease" (2008), "Concrete Jungle" (2010), "Soul Is Heavy" (2012), "My Fairy Tales" (2015), and "Love Supreme" (2022). She has collaborated with artists such as Nas and Damian Marley. In 2009, she won the MOBO Award for Best African Act. Nneka is also known for her activism, co-founding The Rope Foundation in 2012.
