Rip Van Winkle

Rip Van Winkle is a musical project led by Robert Pollard, known from the band Guided By Voices. The debut album "Blasphemy" was released on July 11, 2025, under the Splendid Research Records label. The album features 14 tracks, including "By The Water" and "On Behalf of the Morning Announcement Staff". Pollard collaborated with members of the band Joseph Airport on this project. Rip Van Winkle's musical style is characterized as alternative rock and indie rock.
