Slayer – SOUTH OF HEAVEN (2013) (CD)

"South of Heaven" is the fourth studio album by American thrash metal band Slayer, released on July 5, 1988. This album marks a departure from their previous fast-paced style; the band deliberately slowed down and incorporated more melodic elements, creating a darker and more atmospheric recording. Tracks like "South of Heaven" and "Mandatory Suicide" have become staples in the band's live performances. Produced by Rick Rubin, the album achieved gold certification from the RIAA in 1992.
