Tutti Hill was an American soul singer known for her 1964 single "When the Goin' Gets Rough." Originally released on the Arock 1012 label, the single was mislabelled, and instead played "Whoa Whoa, Baby Take It Slow." In 2017, the single was correctly issued on a 7-inch vinyl by Kent Dance.
