Vieux Farka Touré

Vieux Farka Touré is a Malian singer, composer, and guitarist, son of the legendary Ali Farka Touré. Born in Niafunké, Mali, in 1981, he pursued a musical career despite his father's initial disapproval, secretly learning to play the guitar. In 2007, he released his debut album, featuring collaborations with his father. His subsequent albums, such as "Fondo" (2009) and "The Secret" (2011), showcase his ability to blend traditional Malian sounds with modern genres.
