Duval Clear, known professionally as Masta Ace, is an American rapper and producer from Brooklyn, New York. He began his career in the late 1980s as a member of the Juice Crew. In 1990, he released his debut album, "Take a Look Around." He later formed the group Masta Ace Incorporated, releasing "SlaughtaHouse" (1993) and "Sittin' on Chrome" (1995). His solo projects include "Disposable Arts" (2001) and "A Long Hot Summer" (2004). Masta Ace has collaborated with artists such as MF Doom and Ed O.G. and is recognized for his contributions to the hip-hop scene.
