Štefan Štec is a Slovak singer, choreographer, and editor, known for his performances of Rusyn folk songs. In 2018, he released his debut album "Poleťiv by’m na kraj svita," which achieved double platinum status. This was followed by the 2019 album "Duje vitor," featuring collaborations with the band Peter Bič Projekt and producer Eddie Stevens. In 2025, he released his third album "KarpaTY&JA," blending traditional elements with modern sounds. Štec also serves as the artistic director of the Hornád Folklore Ensemble and as an editor for the Rusyn broadcasting of RTVS in Košice.
