Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers was a Jamaican reggae group composed of Bob and Rita Marley's children: Ziggy, Sharon, Cedella, and Stephen. Formed in 1979, the group debuted with the album "Play the Game Right" in 1985. Their fourth album, "Conscious Party" (1988), featuring the hit "Tomorrow People," won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. The subsequent album, "One Bright Day" (1989), also received a Grammy. The group released a total of ten studio albums and earned three Grammy Awards. After disbanding in 2002, the members pursued solo careers.
